JS-SEZ is an initiative signed by Malaysia and Singapore on January 7, 2025, aimed at promoting and facilitating investments in 11 economic sectors from third countries.

IMFC-J is an investment facilitation center that serves as a one-stop hub for inquiries and facilitation services for JS-SEZ investments.

The boundaries for the newly announced 7 Flagship shall be shared later upon approvals by the Ministries. This is in addition to the existing incentives given to the Special Financial Zone (SFZ) and the Pengerang Integrated Petroleum Complex (PIPC).

Incentives:

• 15% flat rate on chargeable employment income for a period of 10 years

Eligibility Criteria / Conditions:

• Malaysian/ non-Malaysian citizen:
• Not generating employment income in Malaysia 24-months prior
